This sweet condiment has a beautiful bright red color because it is made from a variety of red berries. Fruit vinegar is delicious in a vinaigrette over a lovely summer salad. In addition to red fruit, this vinegar contains the delicious sweet taste of apricot.
The vinegar pairs well with lean meats, goat cheese or drizzled over a green salad.

Use in salads, with seafood and shellfish, in pasta, over roasted vegetables, and in cocktails or mocktails.
